My church's Christmas Eve service is scheduled for 7 PM. I'm doing something different for the sermon this year and using John 14:6 as my text. We'll pass the plate for the first time in a year-and-a-half in order to receive a love offering for the victims of the Kentucky tornadoes. We'll celebrate the Lord's Supper, and at the end of the service we'll share the light of Christ during the singing of Silent Night by lighting candles throughout the sanctuary.
